It is my pleasure to offer you this magnifcent collectors plate produced by Heinrich Porzellan in Selb, nowadays a subsidiary of Villeroy & Boch in Mettlach Germany.

This plate was produced for Unicef in the series "Children of the world" that started in 1977 and ended after 12 yearly plates in 1988. The following plates have been issued:

1979 Africa

1980 Malaysia

1981 India

1982 Mexico

1983 Lapland

1984 Japan

1985 USA

1986 Yugoslavia

1987 Egypt

1988 South-East Asia

All plates were designed by leading artists.

DIMENSIONS: Diameter is 7¾ inches (19½ cm).
