We ship from The Netherlands and can ship to virtually any address in the world. Most of our customers are American Citizens but we have delivered to over 50 countries on all continents since we started in 2000.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. We will send you an email with the expected delivery date. If you choose for registered shipping then also the tracking code wil be communicated.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The net weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Packaging material normally takes about half of the weight of the item.

We combine all items in one shipment and you get the possible shipping options on check-out. The usual options for international shipments are: 

• Standard airmail: Cheapest worldwide shipping, non-registered, only for packages under 2 kgs. Typical transit time of 3-4 weeks for intercontinental deliveries.
  
• Priority airmail:  faster shipping, non-registered, only for packages under 2 kgs. Typical transit time about 1 week for intercontinental deliveries.
• Registered Priority Airmail: this is the only option for packages over 2 kgs but can also be applied to lighter packages. It contains full insurance and tracking facilities. Typical transit time 4-6 working days for intercontinental deliveries.

We ship by TNT-Post or Deutsche Post.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the estimated weight of the package. To give you an idea of the costs of a typical shipment:

• An item of about 300 grams or less wil be shipped to The USA for $13,

• One or more items in total less that 1400 grams can be shipped for US$25. For instance 2 small plates.
  

• A big 5-kgs box will be shipped for $54. This is normal for a package with for instance 3 vases.
